I have a Samsung A51 and my sleep is not being tracked right. The past couple of nights it started tracking my sleep after midnight when I went to bed at 10:30pm or earlier. Is there a way that this can be fixed?

I had the same issues and spoke to them 4 times, they really tried to fix the issue. But I ended up getting a replacement.

Can someone please help me? The past three nights my versa lite fitbit has said that I started sleeping after midnight when I actually went to bed around 1030. Any help would be appreciated.

Mine says that I fell asleep 3 hours after I did, then it shows that I woke up, but I didn't. Then it shows me sleeping 2 or 3 hours later. I was not up at all. I might have woken up but I was noy up for 2 - 3 hours.

Is there a way to reset or restart my versa lite fitbit so it tracks sleep properly?

You can restart it by holding in the main button for 10 seconds or reset it in settings on dashboard (or app, but not sure about this). On the dashboard you can access settings and down by the bottom you can change sleep sensitivity. Also try to log out of the app, delete it and reinstall it. This last one has worked for me a few times. My Versa 2 isn't logging any sleep atm so this is what I'm trying today.
