My versa lite wont donwload the fireware

About a week ago, my versa lite would begin to randomly decide when it didn't want to turn on or scroll. Meaning I could click the button to turn it on about 20 times and it would finally listen. The 2nd was I couldn't scroll sometimes. I decided to do the hold down the button and reset it, but it would so I am now trying to restart it from scratch. Now I can't get it to download the firmware. I get pasted the activation code and then when I go to download it. It stays at 1%

 

Any idea of what to do? I got this at the end of November, so it's fairly new.

Hello @KFA 

What smartphone are you using? Also, if you are connected via mobile network try to switch to a WiFi connection.
