Hello!
My versa stopped working on Nov 30th. It displays some bright lines at the top, but it won't start.
I forced reset it, i tried factory resetting it, but nothing works. It did track my sleep, i could see it in the app, but nothing is happening on the display.

Please let me know how can i fix this?

Hi @LuciaI - good post video but fear it's not going to work anymore which is sad because it is a good [best] watch.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to test it and help you.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
