My versa screen is mess up. Can not read. Started today. How ca I fix ?

Mine started doing this too this past week.  Its very frustrating!  I did not do anything for it to happen.  I have cleaned the ports and tried restarting and nothing!  I am going to be putting in a help ticket.

Mine just started glitching tonight.So frustrating! It’s not even a month old.

First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart using the following procedure:

It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. You might need to give it a few tries though as it's known to not always work

I’ve trying restarting it and nothing. It glitches for a bit then it’s ok for a bit. 🤷🏻‍:female_sign:

I have contacted FitBit as it’s not very old, it shouldn’t be glitching yet.
