My versa shows fewer calories

Since I got my versa I started to notice that it showed me fewer calories than expected in my exercises. I compered it with a friend when we did the exact same workout and his apple watch showed double the calories burned that my versa. I even calculated the calories with the average bpm that my versa showed and the result was also higher.

I used this formula:

Calories = (0.4472 x Heart rate – 0.05741 x Weight + 0.074 x Age – 20.4022) x Time  / 4.184

I worked out for 45 minutes, my average bpm was 163. I am 24 years old and I weight 117 pound. According to the formula, I should have burned 512 calories. My versa calculates 354. I don´t know if it is a configuration problem? Can someone help me figure it out.

Thanks!

Hi, restart your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill the Fitbit logo appears and release the buttons. Usually this procedure solves a lot of these kind of problems. Good luck!!
