My versa stopped tracking my heart rate

My Versa stopped tracking my heart rate.  This also effects my sleep stats.  I looked at other related posts with troubleshooting steps and tried all the suggestions - nothing has worked.

Mine did too. It also stopped notifying me about texts

The same issues happened to me as well. My heart rate sensor stopped working and I no longer receive texts on my fitbit.

I am receiving texts but I can't get my sleep stats. I have tried all the
troubleshooting stuff I can see online....nothing. hope your issue gets

I tried all the troubleshooting as well. I just don't know why my heart rate sensor stopped working. It went completely gray:(

 Same here.   I just have grey lines and it stopped suddenly also.   I am worried it is a sensor issue,   I love my watch and will be sad if it can't be fixed.   Good luck to you! Sent from my Galaxy Tab® A

Good luck to you as well. Yes, I agree, I think it is a sensor issue as well, because my laser light is not working where the sensor is. I love my Fitbit Versa as well. It had been working so well until all of a sudden it randomly stopped. 😞

And I hope yours does too. My brother and sister in law have had multiple issues with their Fitbit also. I think they have the charge 3

I just checked mine. The light is in for a second then goes off. It will theN come back on and repeat the cycle. Ugh!

This is my first Fitbit Versa, and it is disappointing to have these issues.

Yes, it is frustrating with the LED light not working, we depend on that to work, so we can track our heart rate.
