i have tried the reset but nothing works. shows light and turns on but screen is blank.

Hi, try this: restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Usually this procedure solves a lot of these poblems. If you problem is not solved by this procedure, contact Customer Support about it.

My verse is doing the same thing. When I turn it off and on a faint light comes on for a few seconds and goes off again.
