My versa won't get out of timer mode

What can I do to reset from the timer mode? It won't even allow me to pause the timer clock.

With timer running, tap pause icon (2 vertical lines) at bottom right, then circular arrow at top right to reset to original time.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
