Hey all,

Its been a month now since my versa won’t turn on or even charge. It gets stuck in the logo screen and flickers on and off. I tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling, I’ve tried logging in and out…but nothing. Plus my battery only lasts me a day when it finally does charge but only says 50%! Any ideas???

Hi all, 

I’m having the same issue. I put my Fitbit to charge a few days ago as it ran out of battery during the night. The display showed it was charged to 100%, I removed it from the charger and it died. I cleaned it, tried to charge it multiple times but it only shows 0% battery every time I plug it and nothing more happens. It won’t turn on/ restart anymore. I tried the factory reset as well but that didn’t work either.

I'm having the same problem. I updated the firmware and now it is not charging or working. I bought a new charger today so I will see if that is the problem.
