The battery went to 0% yesterday and then would not turn back on when I put it on the charger. Still won’t turn on. I’ve tried hoping down the buttons in a variety of way and time. Still no go.. 

please help 🙂

I'm looking for help too. the battery on my versa said 0%.  I've had it charging most of the day.  I've tried different usb ports.  From time to time the fitbit logo will light up and then go out.  I've had it more than 90 days and can't return it.

I called customer services, they ran me through a few tests and are now sending a new one. I believe the warranty is good for one year.
