My versa3 never syncs messages and calendar. he only did it in a short time then he stopped. even trying to restart the phone and Fitbit. I have a Xiaomi T11 Pro smartphone. in the notification settings of the Fitbit I have enabled everything. how can i solve? Thanks for your help.

Hi @weetzie - is your watch actually syncing?
Do you get notifications when the fitbit app is open on the phone and the notification pop up appears on the phone?
For the Agenda have you checked the permissions and enabled the calendars in the Gallery tile, Agenda?
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
