My verse 2 isn’t working well

When I swipe up on the screen the fitbit logo appears briefly then the screen returns to the watch face. 
so, I can’t see my steps or the other data. Help!

Hi @LaffyTaffygorl - normally when you see the Fitbit logo there has been a problem - first try changing the clock face, syncing and doing a restart by holding the button for 10 secondes till it vibrates and the logo comes and it restarts.

If you can long press the button to get to Quick settings [or pull down on the watch face once and then again and click the 2 white bars] make sure that the wrist wake is enabled and the Do not disturb and Sleep are disabled.

If this does not help chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, they can help you with a factory reset.
