I had my Fitbit for a while now, I haven’t wore it for a while when it died. Now 1 week ago I placed it on the charger and I left it there and it still doesn’t show any sign of life. I even tried restarting it, but it won’t. I trying cleaning the charger and verse. Please help

I would call customer service if it's been under a year. My Versa did the same thing with 90% battery and I called them yesterday. Unfortunately I have to ship it to them and wait for a replacement, but it's better than a $200 paperweight.
