My watch and app won't connect to WiFi

I've tried resetting watch to factory settings, turned phone on and off, disconnecting and reconnecting my watch, charging it on the laptop, trying to connect through the laptop but nothing is working. 

 

Help!

  • what is not working?
  • what is working? 
  • why do you want to connect to wifi?

All the main communication and syncing between the watch and the Fitbit App is done via Bluetooth.

It wont allow me to connect to any of the apps like clock faces or sync the music on my watch. Just says oops no internet connection.

@Elena343-  thats a phone issue, have a look at No internet connection 

You can't load music to this watch without a paid music subscription.
