My watch does calculate or display Heart Rate/Pulse

Since a week, my watch isnt displaying HR. I updated the app. Restarted my phone, the green light behind the dial works. The app shows a reading, but i cant trust it to be accurate if the watch is t showing anything, it could be an old reading. 

  My watch is 1 yr old only. I suffer from anxiety and one of the main things i would monitor is my HR and then use the RELAX app to ground myself.

 Customer support either trouble shoot or replace my watch. Thanks

Hello @staj swipe over to settings, tap, and check that the heart rate is on.
