Why doesn't my watch tell me when someone is phoning me help keep missing calls .

Hi @V.trim - check your Quick Settings [pull the watch face down once and then again and click the 2 white bars, a long button press sometimes also works, if assigned] and make sure that Sleep or Do not Disturb have not been enabled, if so disable them

 

If not, try logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone and watch and sync. This should fix most syncing problems but if not post again.
