My watch doesn't vibrate when notifications come through.

I bought a Versa Lite a few days ago and it has been a pretty good watch. I was really excited to be able to check my notifications from my watch without having to get out my phone, which you can still do, however it doesn't vibrate when they come through.

I have tried going to my settings to see if the vibrations work (which they do) and resetting the watch but nithing has worked.

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out.

Hi @jake_pltn , try restarting your Versa three times in a row (internal reset) by long pressing the left button untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the button. This procedure should solve your problem. Regards kuzibri

Have you swiped down on the screen of the Versa Light and made sure that do not disturb is off.

Yeah its definitely off.
