Help, I purchased my Versa in April 2018 and in June 2019 it stopped charging and it is a complete waste. I called customer service several times and finally they said there is nothing they can do. $200 wasted!!! I’ll never purchase a Fitbit again!!

I think you're right: something is clearly wrong, either with the Versa or the charger. When you contacted Support, did you ask for a battery test? If it fails the test, then the problem is with the battery.
Is there a way that you can barrow another Versa charger and see if your Versa charges? If it does charge, then the problem is with your charger.
These two questions will help determine where the problem lies and will help give you a more accurate solution.
