Hi, sorry to read that your Versa cracked after dropping it. You can try to contact customer support hoping that they will be gentle/understandable and send you a new watch, but I'm afraid that these kind of accidents dot not fall under the warranty. Sorry!!

Actually, @SunsetRunner , it happens quite often when one person can post within seconds of another. There is no way of knowing when another person is about to press the post button. The main thing is that we're both offering advice to member.
