My watch is locked

Unfortunately my watch is locked and i have removed it from my phone by mistake coz I was not able to set the pin plz help

Thank you for all the details that you've shared about the problem that you experienced with your Versa watch. 

 

It is usually recommended to follow the steps listed here below to change the PIN code and unlock the watch:

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab 
     
     
     
    > your profile picture 
     
     your device image.
  2. Tap Device Lock.
  3. Tap to change your device lock setting.

However, as you already mentioned, if the watch is no longer associated with the account it would no longer be possible to complete this procedure to change the PIN code on a regular basis.
