Hi, my watch isn't syncing with the app. Last time it synced was Thursday afternoon. Any idea what I can do to fix this. The watch appears to be working OK

Hello @Kaz99, it's good to see you around in the Community forums. I'm sorry to see you've been having trouble with the watch not syncing with your app.
Please let me know if you were able to resolve by following the steps @SteveH mentioned here earlier. Additionally, please make sure to check if the phone you're using to sync is listed here as a compatible device?
