My watch only shows the Fitbit symbol and nothing else. I can't do anything with it at all. It's fully charged and that's all I see

Hi, have you already tried restarting your Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see (again) the Fitbit logo and release the buttons or is your Versa perhaps busy updating to the latest Firmware. In the last case, put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your computer. When it's not updating and restarting does not solve the problem, contact Customer Support about your problem.

You can do two things now:
1. Do a factory reset by pressing and holding all three buttons together untill you feel a strong vibration, which can last up to 15 secs, and then release only the right lower button. This brings your Versa back to the "in the box state" and needs to be setup all over again with your mobile device. If you do not want to go through all this trouble:
