Need help - watch seems stuck.
cannot access heart rate or steps. The watch face is different and I cannot change or access changes

Hi, @Uiuiu - you may have accidentally enabled always on which will show you the time.
If you double tap the screen do you see your usual clock face?
If not, in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, device photo, Gallery, and select your desired Clock face.
The watch obviously has to be syncing well to do this.
To check your Quick Settings, pull down from the top of the watch as if to see notifications, then pull down again and click on the 2 white bars.
There you can check your main settings.
