My wireless earphones are stuck in paring mode

So bassicly I brought some wireless earphones and for the first couple of weeks they worked fine, no issues at all , but then I went to connect my wireless earphones to the watch like normal and it found the device I pressed my wireless earphones and it kept on the paring loading screen so I couldn't connect them so I tried everything i have searched loads of things on Google but none of them seem to work, if any body has any idea plz tell me, thank you and have a nice day
