I had to factory reset my charge as I hadn't wore it for months and it wouldn't sync so thought I'd start again, however now the fitness pal won't sync I have tried disconnecting the fit bit from the fitness pal app and then adding the fit bit again but still it won't sync... Any advice would be fab thank you

I would like to clarify, MyFitnessPal is linked to your Fitbit account instead of your Fitbit Versa. Please make sure that you have followed the instructions in this article to revoke access between your accounts and link them once again.
