Hi i have a versa lite. I can change clock faces but when i want to change the settings of a clock face it keeps on saying oops. No internet connection. But i have a connection

Can you be more specific about "the settings of a clock face"?  Do you mean changing to a different clock face, or making some change within a clock face?  Is it a "by Fitbit"
 clock face?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Changes within the clock face. By Fitbit and the others. Also if i try to change the settings within a app

This could be that the Fitbit server isn't responding fast enough.
