I have had fitbit devices for over 10 years. my Versa 2 just puked with video re-trace lines running thru it. so my wife bought me a new Versa 3. The box says it will store music, but there is no music icon on the screen to allow me to go to transfer mode. Customer Support is a total Joke, and there is NO QUALITY CONTROL at FITBIT>

Hello @Jeepdude98 ,
Did you try to contact Fitbit support? Your post is 8 hours ago, not 24.
Anyway answering your question I'm sorry but you can not upload your personal music on your Versa 3 , rather from Pandora (US) or Deezer (rest.of the world), in both case requiring a premium subscription, not from Fitbit but from the respective music service.

This is Jeepdude98, it's been 24 hours, and FITBIT has done absolutely nothing to resolve the problem.

@Jeepdude98 If you want an answer from fitbit, you will need to contact fitbit. However when asking the community of fitbit users for answer you will need to wait for a user to see the question.
You can read more about the music in your user manual or through the below link to help.

Check that:
There is no option to store music locally and it is not planned.
