Need help to factory reset a Versa 2

I bought a 2nd hand versa but it's stuck on demo mode. Any way to hard reset this? Looked everywhere and can't find any articles on the Versa 2. Thanks in advance.

I've got the same issue after the update. At first I couldn't get past the Fitbit logo and no it won't go past the red X. I've tried multiple times to do a hard reset and it has gotten me nowhere.
