I am having a really hard time transferring music to my Versa. I have a Windows 8 PC and a Versa watch. I have downloaded the Fitbit connect app and it automatically imported my playlists from Itunes. These were not the playlists I want on my watch. I then created a new playlist on Itunes and now when I try to load that playlist I get the message "Device storage is full. Can't transfer any more playlists right now". Now, on my watch I show no music and I find no way to delete any music that may be stored somewhere. I really do not know what to do except delete everything and start over which I really don't want to do. Any help will be appreciated.

@soberkev Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear about your issues transferring music. Windows 8 is no longer supported by Fitbit but you can follow these suggestions to transfer music from your computer. I also suggest you try with small playlist (let's say 10 of 15 songs per playlist) to see if these can be transferred to your Versa.

Let me know how it goes!

Yes smaller files did the trick. I had made a playlist wit 266 songs because i read it would hold 300 songs but apparently the file size is whats really important. thanks for the comment. And when you say no longer supports windows 8 what exactly do you mean because I seem to be able to do and see everything.

@soberkev happy to hear that you were able to add music to your Versa. There was an app for Windows 8 but it was discontinued so I guess you are using the Fitbit connect app? Or you still have the Windows 8 app and haven't uninstalled it. Basically no more updates to the Win8 app will be released and the focus is now on Windows 10. Hopefully you won't have any issues with this as you have been using it normally.

I'll be around!
