Need help with short battery life

I am really unhappy with Fitbit, my Charge 3 got a corrupted screen which could not be fixed, so I upgraded to Versa 2 a few weeks ago. The battery life is rubbish on it and it seems to do little more than a charge 3 although it is a lot more expensive. Now I read there is a new Fitbit coming out that does most of what I wanted the versa to do including longer battery life, but I was not informed of this, instead I was allowed to spend money on a product that is now replaced with a better one. A produc ttha tI am exremely unhappy with. Not good customer service

Hi @AnneMatt  are you within the return window for the Versa 2? Fitbit, like any other company, doesn't always tell the public when a new product is being released. I bought the newest Samsung phone and the newer newest phone was released the next week. It happens. See if you're able to return the Versa 2. Each retailer has a different time frame for returns.

I am right there with you. Both my Boyfriend and I purchased Versa 2 less then a year ago, mine won't take a charge at all. And now his won't hold a charge longer then 10 hours, and he is getting notifications for other people on it. Not happy with the amount of money spent on it for such a crappy item. And you can't get ahold of support anywhere to get any answers. Hopefully you have better luck.

Hi @merehawkes  have you tried getting with customer support via chat or phone? It is taking a bit longer than usual, just as it is with any company. I'm currently on hold for Costco with an estimated wait of 93 minutes. Patience is something we're all learning these days.
