I recently got a Versa for Mother's Day. I synced it with my iPhone 6s Plus and noticed that it does not track my sleep, heart rate or active minutes. I have read through the forums and performed a shut down and restart of the Versa several times; I have done a factory reset twice and reinstalled it to my phone. I continue to have the same problems. The heart rate is set to on, but the pulse-sense lights are not on at all, never came on. I had upgraded from the Charge 2 and I am seriously thinking about going back to it because it was easier to operate and trouble shoot than the Versa. I have seen more problems with the Versa than the pros of the device.

You will see more cons aboit a device here on help forums - that is just what happens as people come for help. If the HR monitor is set to on and you have done sevedal restarts and there is no green light it sounds as if it is defective. Can you return it to the store it was bought, or contact Fitbit Support (link in my signature )
Sleep stages wont track correctly if your heart rate monitor is not working, and active minutes also depend on the Heart rate, so if you either get that fixed or get the watch swapped for a new device, hopefully that will solve all of your problems. I do hopenyou can get it sorted out.
