Dobrý den,
Nepodařilo se mi sparovat Fitbit Versa s mobilním telefonem Huawei P20lite.
Píše mi to nesparovatelny klíč.
Mate někdo zkušenost?
Děkuji Katka

@Katsve Translated from Czech:
I could not connect Fitbit Versa with my Huawei P20lite mobile phone.
It tells me the mismatched key.
Does anyone have experience?
Thank you Katka
I have no idea exactly what type of problem you describe, is this a brand new Versa that you are setting up for the first time? Are you using a mobile with Android? How far are you getting with the setup process via the mobile app?

A warm welcome to the Community @lenny4d! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. To prevent confusion, we currently support French, Italian, Spanish, German, Korean, Chinese, Japanese and English and hope to support more locales in the future.
After extensive testing, Fitbit has determined that your device is not compatible with Fitbit products. To find more information about incompatible devices, see Which phones and tablets can I user with my Fitbit watch or tracker?.
You may want to visit the fitbit.com/devices for a list of tested devices that work with Fitbit products.
Thanks for your advice @lenny4d.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.

@SilviaFitbityes you are right, it is very good that Fitbit also points out some known devices that definitively do NOT support fitbit.
Of course it does not mean that if someone's device is not on the list of compatible devices it won't work at all, or that some functionality won't work. There are simply too many devices that are not tested thoroughly enough (officially, by fitbit). It is somewhat unsatisfying to often see as feedback here in the forums : "oh you have some sync problem, well your device is not on the officially fully compatible list, too bad for you, we can't help". In reality fitbit could know which devices and OS the app is installed on and syncing regularly with which device and use that as a reference to complement the 'fully compatible' list... Anyway, just some thoughts 🙂
