Network connection lost but wifi is working on phone.

Had my fit bit for 13 days maybe I'm doing something wrong? Anyway today all of a sudden my data won't sinc to the Fitbit app. It won't let me do anything says no internet connection, but I have the wifi on my phone on hooked up to my home wifi. It also won't let me hook up to the bluetooth. How do I fit it?

Might be a temporary Fitbit problem.  Try again in half hour.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@Output1738 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with the syncing issues that you are experiencing with your Fitbit Versa.

 

I'd just like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after the time that recommended my friend @JohnnyRow.

 

In the meantime, restart your tracker as described in this help article  After this, try syncing your tracker again and see if the issue gets fixed.
