New Fitbit Versa issues- sleep stages / heart levels / Fitbit coach

I have three issues with my brand new Versa. I have premium for  three months free trial.

 

1. sleep stages / patterns / sleep number are not showing on app although it has calculated my resting heart over night so it knows I’m on there. It shows the same style display as the old Alta ( now deleted from account )

2. Heart stages are not showing ie how much in resting / fat burning etc although it is coming up in app when in a particular zone

3. no matter what I do I can’t sign into Fitbit coach despite changing passwords etc etc.
