New Fitbit versa 2 unable to pair with mobile

My versa 2 is not able to pair with my mobile. Of i try pairing it, a message pops up after entering the verification code saying that my versa 2 is locked.  I am looking for a solution to this.

That’s very odd that your brand new Versa 2 will not allow you to finish up setup because your fitbit says it’s locked. 

 

My only suggestion would be to contact Fitbit Customer Service: 

 

USA: call (877) 623-4997
UK: call 0800 069 8505
INDIA: call 000 800 050 1057
IRELAND: call 01 691 7502 (country prefix: +353)
