New Fitbit versa connecting to bluetooth

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I bought brand new Fitbit Versa this evening and after setting it up, it didn't connect to my android or iPhone X or my headphone at all. I've tried most of the solutions on community or help forums.

Plz help soon or it's going back tomorrow morning itself.

@Newtoversa Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! You didn't mention which solutions you have tried. I suggest you start with your iPhone X as Apple devices are really friendly with Fitbit ones. Go to a room where no other bluetooth devices are nearby as they may cause interference with the setup and sync process. Go to the bluetooth settings area on your iPhone and remove all devices listed there. Now restart your iPhone and restart your Versa by doing the following:

1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

After this reopen the Fitbit app and retry syncing them (it should start automatically when you open the app).

Let me know how it goes!
