I recently upgraded my iPhone and had all my iCloud stuff restored onto the phone, but when I went to sync my Fitbit to see my progress my Fitbit wasn’t connecting to my phone, I understand that this may be an easy fix and I’m just not thinking straight but I was hoping one of you guys could help

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn't still have a connection to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking the connection to your new phone.

Make sure that you have the latest Fitbit app version and that your logged in to your Fitbit account.
The tracker should then sync.
