I took advantage of the sale and picked up a Versa 2 to replace my Versa. During set up with my Google Pixel 3XL running Android 10, the app sees the Versa 2, but I never get a number to pair it with my phone. I have tried all the steps recommended here and in the app, with no luck. I had zero problems setting up my Versa (and resetting it up after the Versa 2 failed to set up) or my Aria 2.
The Versa 2 is fully charged and I have tried to set it up both on and off the charging cradle; at home, and work.
Any help would greatly be appreciated, thank you.
