New Versa 2 and can't get pass the 4 digit code in set up...what do I need to do?

In the initial setup I get to the screen that asks for the code.  I put in the code and it spends then says it's not working.

The most common cause of this is where the phone is not supported by fitbit. You can check that yours is at www.fitbit.com/devices

 

If it is supported then try going through fitbit's troubleshooting guide for set up issues at Help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

I had this exact same issue. My resolution was to uninstall the FitBit app and then reinstall it. After that it setup my Versa 2 without any problems.
