New Versa 2 - doesn't record Active Zone Minutes

I just made the switch from my old Versa Lite to a Versa 2. Upon receiving, I updated the firmware on the Fitbit. Worked out this morning with it, and all it is showing me on the app is Active Minutes, not Active Zone Minutes. In addition, all my old workouts, which previously broke down the minutes into those spent in each zone, now have been converted to only show total Active Minutes, as well.

I bought this with the understanding that it still tracked Zone Minutes, not just overall active minutes. Is there anything I can change settings-wise to fix this, or was I misled when reading the specs that said it tracked Zone Minutes?

Hello @ajg1982 and welcome to the Community.  Your Versa 2 had the firmware from when it was manufactured.  Active Zone Minutes were added in a firmware update.  It's possible that the update you did got you part way, but not all the way to the firmware you need.  Give it another 24-48 hours.

The same thing happened to me when I decided to wear my Ionic after it sat in a box for 2 years.
