I got my Fitbit Versa 2 yesterday, and it's not tracking my sleep. The last smart watch I purchased would not track it either, so I returned it. My Xiomi Mi Band 5 had no issues tracking my sleep. I don't know what the problem is. I've tried just about everything. I'm wearing it snugly. It's synced. It measures my heart rate. I don't know what else to do.
