New Versa 2 isn't displaying some data

I just replaced my 3 year old Versa 2 with a new Versa 2. I can't get it to display the number of floors I climb or any of the health metrics. I've shut my phone completely off twice but that's had no affect on it.

Hi there, @Snflvr. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

As a first approach, please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. If this doesn't work, please let me know if your Fitbit device is missing other stats besides the floors.

Regarding your health metrics, please keep in mind the following to make sure you see your health metrics data:

  • Wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night). Check your stats after you wake up in the morning. Note: skin temperature requires 3 nights of data.
  • Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting. If you experience any discomfort, loosen the band, and if it persists give your wrist a break by taking it off.
  • Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a reading.
  • To track your blood oxygen saturation, confirm you have an SpO2 clock face installed or the SpO2 app. For more information, see How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?
