New Versa 2 isn't tracking my heart rate or steps

I just got this fitbit brand new, 12/29/22. I've don't factory reset twice, most around in the settings in the app and watch. I still can't get it to take my heart rate nor my step. What should I do?

 

Update: That's meant to say not tracking

They were no help either, they just told me to look through the trouble shoot sheet, and I mean I've tried either on the trouble shoot side. So I'm just returning it and getting a refund on it. And just wait to buy a newer different model. I
