Hi everyone,
Just received my new Versa 2 yesterday, and it seems to be stuck on firmware 35.68.9.15. I understand the latest version is 35.70.8.0. I see no prompt to update the device in the app, and I've also tried syncing with my computer instead and still exactly the same.
The phone & computer apps are up to date, and I've rebooted all devices.
Any suggestions? Is there a way to force a firmware update?
Thanks,
George

I think the way it works is that every time you sync it downloads a small part of any available fitmware update in the background. When the download is complete then it prompts you to do the update. So, I would just give it a while - your app will prompt you when an update is ready to go.

Just to confirm - the update did appear of its own accord, about two days after I posted here.
Thanks,

Really? I've been syncing my versa with an "auto tapper" all day, and the update still didn't download. -.-

Yes, I tried everything I could think of to no avail. Then the update just appeared after two or three days on its own.
Seems weird you can just force the latest update, rather than running an outdated version of the firmware for the first few days.
