Just bought a versa 2 and it won’t pair with my Samsung S9, pairs fine with my iPad. Tried every suggestion but no joy. Keeps telling me to check my settings

Hi @Nickieemma1 , did you had the Versa 2 in the charger and connected to your PC, which is mandatory when setting it up? regards kuzibri

Hi @Nickieemma1 , I'm afraid only a Factory Reset wil/can solve the problem. After the FR, you must setup your Versa in your Fitbit app (make sure you have the latest version) all over again as it is a "new" device. Therefore put your Versa in the charger, connect it to your PC and start the Fitbit app on your S9. Press add device and choose Versa 2. At a certain moment you will see a four digit number in the display of your Versa, enter that in the Fitbit app and press next, etc. Advice: setup your WiFi settings directly during the setup, cause this speeds up the downloading and installin procedure much more than over BT. Good luck and regards kuzibri

I did all this without the Factory Reset and it worked, I think. I received a "Success" message that the Versa2 was now paired with the app of my Samsung Galaxy S9, but I am still having problems. The heart rate bpm is 40 bpm higher than my Polar chest strap/watch show and I get no detail on my sleep quality.

Finally got it to connect, eventually I just turned off my phone, restarted reinstalled Fitbit app and it connected straight away.
