I have a new versa 2, it's been having issues from the start. It won't stay powered on, was constantly in restart mode, and now won't power back on. It's fully charged at 98%. Holding the button for any amount of time does nothing. Please help.

Were  you able to set up your watch with the steps of help article: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Do the back lights turn on and does your device vibrate when you press the button?
