New Versa 2 stopped tracking my steps

Purchased a second Fitbit Dec 15 to replace my previous one which went totally black. And after only 6 days it has stopped tracking my steps. Must I rush and return to get my money back.

Hi @Sinplysweet1205 - Sorry to hear about this. You should not delay in returning this device to whomever you purchased it from. Most stores, and even Fitbit, have specific return windows for refunds. If you purchased this from Fitbit, you should start by contacting Fitbit Support
