Hi there,
I am super frustrated as I have tried absolutely everything I’ve read here and other online sources in order to get my new fitbit set up and running. I have been a longtime Apple iwatch user and decided to make the switch to Fitbit but now extremely second guessing my choice. I even unplugged all of my Alexa’s and turned off Bluetooth devices so that it would be more likely to sync. Hoping to get some guidance ASAP from here before I return product.

At what point of the setup process does the failure occur?
