Brand new Versa 2 out of the box will not turn on. The screen shows Fitbit logo and some really small words scrolling across it, not even time. Also the versa2 will not pair with G8+ android. I had Charge 2 paired before this, The G8+ operating system was updated in February

I returned both Versa 2's for a full refund because they would not pair with either of my Galaxy S8 and S8+ phones. There was no help here to figure out what to do other than go thru lots of unending processes that would not work. I bought 2 Samsung watch actives. They work great and were easy to set up.
