New Versa 2 won't charge

I ordered a Versa 2 since I had issues with the charge 4. Received my Versa and it wouldn’t charge at all. Received a replacement and same issue! I’m done with Fitbit products!

Gosh @Jabbs1977 I’m really sorry to hear that. I can definitely understand being frustrated.

 

If you change your mind I’d certainly call Fitbit Customer Service and have them resolve the issue for you. I have a Versa 2 as well and it’s a GREAT Fitbit. It turned 3 years old this month so I personally think they hold up extremely well from my personal experience.
